REVELATORY IN ITS OWN RIGHT

2002: Upon completion of the Forensic Calligraphic Expert Report on December 27, 2002 and because he was legally obliged to do so, the author registered all of the documentation with the Central Trial Court Number 4 in Spain. Prior Proceedings 188/2003.

        - The author appeared on the basis of a Citizen's Accusation against the City Council of Barcelona, Malaga, and La Coruña.

        - He sought a ruling by the Judge in relation to Concepción Ruiz Walter, Claude and Paloma Ruiz Gilot, who are Picasso's children.  Moreover, these persons would lose any rights in relation to the works of José Ruiz Blasco and Isidoro Brocos, as well as the 786 falsely identified works which are listed here as "unsigned and undated."

        - In order to uphold the law:

LEGAL GROUNDS:

        - Article 46 of the Spanish Constitution and Statute Number 16/1985 concerning Regulations Pertaining to the National Cultural and Historical Heritage, for which compliance is obligatory.

        - Both José Ruiz Blasco and Picasso, who were father and son, were Spanish citizens who were subject to the provisions of Spanish law.  Hence, separation of José Ruiz Blasco's works and those of Isidoro Brocos from the works of Pablo Ruiz Picasso is compulsory by Law.

(Complaint introduced in the National Court, Spain. English and Spanish).
The following legal actions were filed by Rómulo-Antonio Tenés at the 4th Central Trial Court of Madrid, Spain. Prior Proceeding 188/2003.
