- It is obvious that the business entity Picasso Administration, S.A. has financed and encouraged these false "biographers" in the press and in universities, and it is thus maintained in evident legal fraud, despite them acknowledgeing in Delta Airlines Magazine, Fall 2004 / Winter 2005, that "He began his career in Barcelona and moved to Paris in 1900". Hence, the period between 1891 and 1897 has been fraudulently usurped from José Ruiz Blasco by Picasso.

STATEMENT OF FACTS IN THE "MERLI" CRIMINAL TRIAL
- Pablo Ruiz Picasso and his mother, María , give false testimony to the Paris Court of Justice in the Criminal Trial called "Merli". Some stolen works of art, painted by José Ruiz Blasco, Picasso's father, are unlawfully attributed to Picasso's own benefits.
