        - Direct responsibility on account of ignorance, omission, or concealment in relation to the documented fraud which is being examined at this point:

        - Principal Persons at Fault: Pablo Ruiz Picasso and Christian Zervos (since 1932), Concepción Ruiz Walter, Claude and Paloma Ruiz Gilot, who are Picasso's children pursuant to a court order.

- Politicians at Fault in Spain: Jordi Pujol, Joan Clos, and Pascual Maragall, who are responsible for concealment of the fraudulent Picasso Donation in 1970 in relation to the the Town Hall of Barcelona and the formerly clandestine Autonomous Government of Catalonia.

        - Politicians at Fault in France: The concealers of the proven fraud at the Picasso Museum in Paris and, especially, the omission of the Director of Public Prosecution ( Ministere Public)

- Untrue Biographies at Fault: John Richardson, Pierre Daix, Marlyn MçCully, Henry Gidel, Douglas Cooper, Catherine Hutting Blay, William Rubin, Renata Proper, María Teresa Ocaña, Josep Palau i Fabre, Jean Lemaire, Dominique Bozos, Norman Miler, Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington, etc., up to one hundred and thirty authors.  These persons, who are absolutely ignorant with respect to Fine Arts, spread the deception in their books in a frivolous and irresponsible way, with identifiable and proven fraudulent repercussions.

        - It is obvious that the
business entity Picasso Administration, S.A. has financed and encouraged these false "biographers" in the press and in universities, and it is thus maintained in evident legal fraud, despite them acknowledgeing in Delta Airlines Magazine, Fall 2004 / Winter 2005, that "He began his career in Barcelona and moved to Paris in 1900".  Hence, the period between 1891 and 1897 has been fraudulently usurped from José Ruiz Blasco by Picasso.

- What do Christie's and Sotheby's know about this?
        - What do Christie's and Sotheby's have to say to their investors?
        - Are they in a position to guarantee their clients  investments?
        - Are these lucrative entities aware of the greatest fraud in Art History?
1935:     Picasso's false testimony at the Paris Criminal Court of Justice of                 Paris, France

STATEMENT OF FACTS IN THE "MERLI" CRIMINAL TRIAL

        - Pablo Ruiz Picasso and his mother, María , give false testimony to the Paris Court of Justice in the Criminal Trial called "Merli". Some stolen works of art, painted by José Ruiz Blasco, Picasso's father, are unlawfully attributed to Picasso's own benefits.
Picasso argued in falsity to be "agrieved party of the facts" proven false testimony to make a reasonably prudent person suspicious of Fraud

        - Statements by José Vilato Ruiz to La Vanguardia on April 1, 1984:
"It is demonstrated that, in 1935, the fraud which is being scrutinized here was known about by Picasso's entire family.  Along with Christian Zervos, they began publication of José Ruiz Blasco's fraudulently usurped work from the 1891-1897 period in Cahiers d'Art in 1932."

        - José Ruiz Blasco's identity and his works were stolen by his own son, Pablo Picasso.

FORENSIC SCIENCE 101

Fraudulent Picasso Donation in 1970 to the City Council of Barcelona
and to the formerly clandestine Provincial Government of Catalonia, in Spain

        - A major portion of the work of José Ruiz Blasco from 1891-1897, all of Isidoro Brocos Gómez' works, and works by 786 unnamed artists, which are "unsigned and undated," have been included on an absolutely false basis.
        - At the present time, these works are exhibited in a fraudulent manner at the Picasso Museums in Paris, Barcelona, Caldes d'Estrac, Malaga and Abbey of Montserrat Museum (Spain).
        - Hence, visitors to these museums are being duped.
        - It is irrelevant whether these flagrant falsified works were purchased at the Flea Market in Barcelona or at the Flea Market in Paris.

        - FRAUDULENT INHERITANCE OF PICASSO:

(It is the practice of the Picasso Administration, S.A., which is a business concern, and specifically of Concepción Ruiz Walter (also known as Maya), to concede the authenticity of works which are falsely attributed to Picasso to "tame biographers," as compensation for their silence and for publicizing the false "child prodigy".)

- "Finally, this long labor in 1977 produced an impressive list:
THE FRENCH STATE HAS BEEN DEFRAUDED
THE LAWSUIT AGAINST PICASSO ADMINISTRATION, S.A. SHOULD BE PUBLIC AND SUBJECT TO OBLIGATORY ENFORCEMENT

1977: Hence, it has been demonstrated by the evidence that criminal defrauding of the French Law occurred, when taxes upon Picasso's estate were paid with a significant portion of the works of José Ruiz Blasco, a portion of Isidoro Broco's work, and a significant absolutely false portion of "unsigned and undated" works, whose creators are anonymous and unknown.
