- NEW PRESS RELEASE BY RÓMULO-ANTONIO TENÉS

PICASSO IN ISTANBUL, ANOTHER GROTESQUE EXHIBITION

        - List of the absolutely worthless fake Picassos, without a signature or date and which are total forgeries, on show at the Sakip Savanci Museum in Istanbul.

        - The Sakip Savancy Museum has been deceived by Picasso Administration S.A., Réunion des Musées Nationaux de France, Barcelona City Council, Bernard Ruiz Pauplin (Alias Ruiz-Picasso), Marilyn McCully and John Richardson, the latter three being alleged essential collaborators in this criminal enterprise.

        - The result is visitors are being swindled.

- Investors in the art market must be aware that Pablo Ruiz Picasso obsessively signed and dated all his works -oil paintings, drawings and prints-.

        - Therefore, the "New Picassos" belonging to Bernard Ruiz Pauplin (alias Ruiz-Picasso) lacking a signature or date, must be seen as absolute forgeries.

        - 26 new fake Picassos from Bernard Ruiz Pauplin (alias Ruiz-Picasso) without a signature or date, are presently on display in Istanbul.

        -
52 fake Picassos from Bernard Ruiz Pauplin (alias Ruiz-Picasso) exhibited in the Barcelona Picasso Museum have been reported to nº 1 Central Trial Court in Madrid (Law Suit Nº 203/2005).

        - A judicial procedure is expected in accordance with the Law.

        - And what do Christie’s and Sotheby’s have to say about this?

        - Will they sell these fakes when the Istanbul show comes down?

        - Falsifying Picasso’s signature is a crime as per article 26 of the Spanish Penal Code (Picasso died as a Spanish National); on the other hand, placing a fictitious date on the back of fake paintings is more difficult to prove as a criminal act.

        - Investors in the Art Market are thus aware of the new fraud being committed by Picasso’s heirs.

        - FOR THE GOOD TRANSPARENCY OF THE ART MARKET AND THE LEGITIMATE INTERESTS OF THE INVESTOR:

Rómulo-Antonio Tenés is committed to supervise and purify Picasso's worldwide collections in an altruist manner and to advise any legal action against Picasso Administration S.A., for the proven issuing of false authenticity certificates.
